Halar sleeving is made from strands of high temperature, flame resistant Halar monofilaments.  Halar expandable sleeving is extremely resistant to chemicals and is plenum rated.

Nomex?/FONT> sleeving is manufactured from 100% continuous filament Nomex fibers.  Nomex?is unaffected by exposure to most acids, solvents and common engineering chemicals.  Can be cut with scissors.
